Decoding and Encoding Workshop

This Program will help you teach

•  Systematic decoding and encoding instruction
•  Sound–letter relationships explicitly
• To move beyond memorisation-based reading
•  Accuracy, automaticity, and confidence in learners

This course will be held completely online.

• Pre-recorded lectures will be shared on the online platform on 26th, 28th and 30th January and 1st and 2nd February 
•   Quizzes and assignments will be uploaded on 29th , 31st and need to be completed on the due date.
•  It is mandatory to participate in the discussion board.
• A live Zoom review session will be held on 5th February from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The session will focus on reviewing key concepts, clarifying doubts, and summarising learning from the course.
