Cancellation Policy for Training Courses at Alpha To Omega
For Tutor Training Program:
- If cancellation is done two weeks before the Online start date,  the Pre course materials charges and the cancellation charges of 5% is applicable.
- If cancellation is done on the start of the training program, no fees will be refunded.
- Cancellation to be done only prior to receiving the precourse materials.
For Short Courses :
- For short courses Cancellation to be done 10 days prior to the commencement of the course
- If cancellation is done one week before the course start date and if there are no Pre-course materials, then 5% of the fee is charged as cancellation fee.
